The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to our event. 
The mattress on the sofa bed was awful. We had to go to the office for sheets and blankets. The room we stayed in had just had a door varnished so the door was still wet to touch and the odor was very strong. The fold-out sofa had dirty sheet and the mattress was not sleep able. Nothing Dirty, dilapidated, disgusting place to stay. You've got to be kidding! This place is the dirtiest, scariest motel I have ever stayed in. Whirlpool bath and breakfast in morning is excellent, bed is very comfortable and clean room, as a independent hotel they are very professional No pool. When we arrived my wife was not so happy because it was not a franchise hotel. But the front desk told us about whirlpool bath and deluxe room and other amenities. It was a great experience for us. We recommend this place.
