Overall Rating:
The room had a few issues but the staff fixed each of them quickly. 
I did not like the fact I did not have hot water and I also did not have a good working phone. Overall the hotel was good, I would stay there again. The price was good also.

The staff was helpful and the facility was clean. There was a stale odor in the room. The employees behind the desk were friendly and helpful, but don't expect any help when you're struggling to get the luggage cart through the lobby doors (it would be helpful if they were automatic). Overall Rating:
I enjoyed the large shower and the room was very spacious. I didn't like all the noise of the first floor. A lot of loud drunks were about. I enjoyed my stay there. If I ever stay again, I would prefer an upper level room. We could here everything in the halls and upstairs, all hours of the night. (However, I understand that it was new years eve).
