Very friendly and helpful staff. Very limited amenities. Directions were not clear, "pool" was outdoor only, room fairly clean and comfortable, staff was outstanding with good recommendations for food, and breakfast was little wanting.

Near eatery. Dirty, outlet not work, bed hard. Don't be deceived by the clean look outside the inside, it is not. Fan not working, after shower the bathroom is foggy. The staff was incredibly friendly; the atmosphere was comfortable and fresh baked cookies! When the heater was turned on - it stunk up room and smelled like burning hair. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. This was a combination business/pleasure trip and it suited my needs. Convenient to highway and routes around town. No real quality restaurants in the area mostly fast foods and chain restaurants. I picked this hotel almost at random. It was a good pick! The staff, above all, was very friendly and quite accommodating. We could get on and off the major highway system at will and be in Nashville, or the airport, in a matter of minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The weak point was the bed which was very uncomfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. The proximity to other locations of interest was accommodating and to reach the highways on and off was a snap.
