Daughter liked the Christmas lights. Way overpriced. I enjoy staying at nice hotels and don't mind paying for them, but this hotel, and everything about it, was over-priced. It was beautiful. The room. They will not honor the exact room I paid you for in June. I paid for a balcony room with king size bed and I received a room with two full size beds.

The Christmas decorations were phenomenal. Our hotel room was an atrium room and we were amazed with how well the hotel had decorated for the holidays. N/A N/A

Like staying in a tropical island! Big, very hard to find your way around. $15 a day incidental charge. Probably the nicest hotel we've stayed or visited. Shops closed early. Shuttle to Grand Ole Opry was frustrating as the lines were long and not enough shuttles to handle the crowd at show time.
